Protea Plants are difficult to find, as they are not mass-marketed and the propagators typically want new plants for their own use (or they only sell wholesale in large quantity). So the best way for folks to buy  “just a few” plants for their own landscape is to visit events like Del Mar Spring Show or Avocado Festival.

For large quantity sales, contact the following propagators for price and availability. Please note: Most of these nurseries are on private property and sell to retail and wholesale businesses only in large quantities. For 2 or 3 plants these businesses cannot help you. It would be better to try the events listed above.
